As I can install S.O to a server rp2470 without CDrom and tape drive? there are other server rp5470 whit internal CDrom in the network

Yes.

You set up an Ignite Server on another box.

swcopy the core I/O CD into onto an NFS exported filesystem.

Add the client on the server via /opt/ignite/bin/ignite options

Then you boot the client box.

Interupt at the 10 second prompt

bo lan.ip_of_ignite_server install

It will push a kernel and boot and bring you into an installation menu. No cd or tape drive required.

Sure, install Ignite for your HPUX version, run /opt/ignite/bin/ignite, setup the server, install the depots from the cd, then boot your client.
boot lan.IPaddress install.
