Samba and quotas
Hello,
I am running Samba 2.2.3a on HPUX 11.0 and I've turned on quotas for samba
partitions. The size on the unix side is fine;however, the sized on the W2K side shows up as having the entire disk(600MB) as free space when the quota is actually set to only allow for 12MB.
Are there any know fixes, patches, or workaround for this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Frank

Re: Samba and quotas
Samba 2.2.3a quota support does work under HP11.0 However
to include it the option --with-quotas needs to be specified when running 'configure' ; prior to building from source.
Also it wont work if your Samba server mounts its shares via
NFS.
