Error in logon balancing routine (rc=82, err=7);
Logon group 'XXXXXX' not found - check spelling and case sensitivity
I mean, we made a recover all information under SAP directories because there were changed some damaged disks , already start up SAP but when i try to acces through icon appears message above shown.
Is there any logfile where I can check why SAPLogon doesn't work?
Could it be some files or permissions are missed in host system?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Manuales.

SolutionI don't no SAP one bit.
I can say though that with Oracle these kind of issues related to incomplete restore and or file permission issues.
Your DR plan needs a little tweaking. Make a note to do that after your system is again functional.

Re: SAP Error in logon balancing routine (rc=82, err=7);
1. Just generate "Groups" again.
2. Or look into saplogon.ini under windows directory. Edit the file (to reflect the correct group name) and make correct entry.
