scp umask on HP secure shell

How do you set the umask for scp on HP's secure shell? I can set the sftp umask in the sshd_config file with the SftpUmask line and it works great. But I don't see anywhere to set the scp umask. I have version A.04.50.004 secure shell on 11.23 OS.

There is none. The umask application behaves like that of the unencrypted 'rcp'.

I will use scp -p. No default umask to be found
