screen dump printing problem in laserjet 1200 series

hello talented people!

i have this program running in hp-ux 10.2 and the only way to print the output of that program is through a screen dump. an hp 895cx1 deskjet printer works fine. here comes the problem, when we replaced the printer with an hp 1200 series laserjet, the screen dump is printed with white characters against a black backround (reversed). we tried using SAM and install a laserjet printer. there's no exact model is available in the list so we've used a generic laserjet. still the problem persists. by the way, it turned out that the device name used for both laserjet and deskjet printers are the same. also, the screen dump has a light blue backround in the monitor that is excluded when printing in deskjet. i have tried to edit the /etc/inittab file as suggested in HP document UNX1000054 to change the parallel interface mode to "raw", just to check if that one works, still the print is white characters against black backround. needless to say, it wastes a lot of toner in the process. what do i do to solve the problem? thanks in advance

Hi

If you use the xpr command try -rv when you
print it.
