I had in SD Itanium 4 nPars, each of which with an OS HP-UX 11.23. I change for 1 nPar only, as all hardware. I created 4 vPars in a single nPar, but I have problems with memory. When a created vPar, I create without seting ILM and CLM in vparcreate. I create default value.
Now I can not use the entire memory. The values ILM and CLM are different. What to do? Help me!

Solution
The amount of ILM/CLM you have is controlled at the nPar level, not the vPar level - so how much do you have of both... run this on one of the effected vPars:
parstatus -Vp $(parstatus -wM)
to see ILM/CLM config for the nPar
and then run parstatus for each cell to see how much ILM/CLM you have in each cell board:
e.g. for cell 3:
parstatus -Vc 3
HTH
Duncan
I am an HPE Employee
parstatus -Vp $(parstatus -wM)
to see ILM/CLM config for the nPar
and then run parstatus for each cell to see how much ILM/CLM you have in each cell board:
e.g. for cell 3:
parstatus -Vc 3
HTH
Duncan

Re: SD Itanium - HP-UX 11.23 - Problem with memory (ILM/CLM)
I added one cell incorrect.
Thanks.
Thanks.
