Search engine is dead again

hi,
would any1 help me to resolve this issue?
Every time i try to click on search, it either tells me that it is no responding or error of 404?
This search engine has helped me so much in the past, and i know there are lot lot of info on this ...i just don't think it is appropriate to open a new subject ...tyhanks for your help

Sorry, other than that, I don't have a solution for you other than sometimes reloading the page helps.

What URL is the search button sending you to?

When I just tried it, I was transferred to

http://us-support.external.hp.com/emse/bin/doc.pl/forward/screen=emseHome/sid=a01a06ce1d2e9bf205?

which worked like a charm.
