Sendmail 8.12.5 relay from localhost?

I am trying to upgrade sendmail from 8.10 to 8.12.5, but since then, for every mail I sent, it will have the following lines. For many site, it will either drop the mail or return with some kind of error. I believe the problem is with "relay=localhost.cs.uoguelph.ca". I have the proper domain setup and it can resolve it on the old verion. But now, it seems keep picking up localhost and use it as relay server. I've tried to fix the domain under Dj option but no help. Anyone got an idea of what happen? How can I set the relay= back to the host's domain?
