Server innaccessible due to audit

Hi people... we recently had an issue with
audit deamon, it causes the /.secure filesystem which is part of the / fs to get full.

I would like to know if theres an audit tunnable to weekly remove log files or if theres already a script that do that ... would be just perfect.
