Service guard extension for RAC guide

Hi,
I need a step by step installation guide for 9iR2 RAC with SG 7 SGE RAC. I found the following links by myself.However they are not talked about post installation and package creation in SG.

You need the Oracle document from http://metalink.oracle.com

If the document is not readily available from Metalink, you may need to open an Oracle tar.
