ServiceControl Manager - Migrating to a new server

I have been using SCM for about 6 months now and I want to migrate it to a more robust server. Has anyone done this/have instructions on how to do this? I want to migrate this to avoid re-creating all the tools I've made thus far.

Re: ServiceControl Manager - Migrating to a new server

http://docs.hp.com/hpux/onlinedocs/B8339-90030/B8339-90030.html
"Backing Up and Restoring Servicecontrol Manager"

sounds like
mxrepositorysave /home/admins/mxbackup1

mxrepositoryrestore /home/admins/mxbackup1

is what you're looking for.
As I didn't test this
a post of your findings is highly appreciated.

thx, Tom.

Re: ServiceControl Manager - Migrating to a new server

this would work perfectly if the server name was the same. the server name is different and this won't work for servers of different names. Thanks for the info though... it did help somewhat.
