set_parms return code on HPUX11.0
on HPUX11.0 set_parms with arguments timezone or date_time never returns 0 as
in HPUX10.20, although it seems to work without problem
Is it a bug or a change in HPUX11.0 ?
where can I find information about set_parms ?
(no man page for set_parms ?)

Re: set_parms return code on HPUX11.0
I believe this is documented in the release notes.
