Setting SCSI interfaces for the SC10

More on the SC10. Each SC10 has 2 BCC each connected to a separate SCSI card. The idea is should one scsi path fail the other should take over. These scsi card are set in the PDC. Do these scsi card (who sole purpose is to serve the SC10) have the same ID (which is usually set to 7) or should they have different ID's such as the primary card is 7 and the secondary card is 6.

Thanks Gerhard

Re: Setting SCSI interfaces for the SC10

Defiantly on different SCSI Ids (6 & 7)! If you don't operate the SC10 in split-bus mode are both BCCs on the same bus and both SCSI Host Bus Adapters as well.
There is no good troubleshooting with bad data
