You need to get a 32 bit lib. If not available, you need to port your application to 64 bit.
Then if using the aC++ compiler, compile with +DD64:

i fixewd this issue by reinstallinh the correct sudo software , i found install sudo software was of ITANIUM machine ,
for PARISC systems, below sudo depots are required along with dependent depots ;
gettext-0.19.8.1-hppa_32-11.31.depot
libiconv-1.15-hppa_32-11.31.depot
sudo-1.8.20p2-hppa_32-11.31.depot
zlib-1.2.8-hppa_32-11.31.depot
