Generally, an HP-UX question will do better
in an HP-UX forum than in a Tru64 forum.
However:

I'd guess that either the permissions are
wrong, or else the executable is of the wrong
type for the system architecture where you're
trying to run it.

That message ("sh: unzip: [...]") means that
"sh" is complaining about "unzip", so "sh" is
probably pretty safe. It's nice that you
think that "everything is ok." It would be
more persuasive if you showed the "ls -l"
report on your "unzip". It would also be
nice to be sure that the "unzip" which you
are trying to run is the same "unzip" as the
one with the correct permissions. Using an
absolute path would be more persuasive.

How? Where did you get the kit? On which
type of system are you trying to run it?
What does "file" say about your "unzip"
executable? For example:
td176> file ./utility/source/zip/unzip-5.52/unzip
./utility/source/zip/unzip-5.52/unzip: PA-RISC2.0 shared executable dynamically linked
And does what you see look right for your
system?
