share a path for NT to access

I want to share a unix directory ( eg. /tmp/temp) for windows server to map / mount , does samba can do that ? can suggest how to do that ? thx

Yes. The samba is what you need.
"Intel inside" is not a label, it's a warning.

Well, Samba isn't the only option. We've used FacetWin for this as well. Info at www.facetcorp.com.

Having said that, Samba comes with HP-UX, FacetWin costs money.

I've never used Samba (yet) and I can say that FacetWin works very well.

Samba will work, note there are big differences in the versions when authenticating to windows, so get the latest version of samba if you possibly can.
