Simple shell script to report the number of days to the user before their passwords expires

Customer has non-trusted 11.23 HP-UX Systems and needs a simple shell script to run to let the user know the number of days before the password expires everytime they login. thanks in advance

EXAMPLE output:

Your password will expire within 24 hours.
Last successful login: EDT swa01jmptjx02.omc.hp.com
Last login: Tue May 12 18:21:01 2009 from swa01jmptjx02.omc.hp.com
