SMH login failed

Hello! I got a SMH login failed under hpux v3.
what's wrong? any additional steps have to be done to make SMH run on HPUX?

Are you able to login to Shell using root? Same password should work if not disabled.
Dreams are not which you see while sleeping, Dreams are which doesnt allow you to sleep while you are chasing for them!!

Also,

Check log file for error:
/opt/hp/hpsmh/logs/smh.log

Can you try to login through any other user except root here...
