SNMP
I need to configure My HP-UX 11.31 to be monitord by solarwinds for monitoring CPU/RAM/IO usage but i am not so familiar with snmp so what should i do to configure the snmp agent in my hp-ux mcio 11.23

You must configure the comunnity. please check /etc/snmopd.conf for update rocommunity. Is not recommended public because is the community by default.
Then you mast restar snmpd with /sbin/init.d/snmpd stop && /sbin/init.d/snmpd start

I opted to use the net-snmp package from HP Internet Express. http://h20338.www2.hp.com/hpux11i/cache/324414-0-0-0-121.html There is a problem with memory values returned on HP UX/Integrity which HP is reviewing. Perhaps another user with the same issue may help.
It seems the stock snmp provides limited details.
