Solaris to HP-UX migration

Which let me know the steps involved including server/app/storage migration.

App: aquire application software for HPUX

Storage: aquire storage for new HPUX server.

Post more information on current server model, CPU, memory and storage and application type. From there we may be able to tell you our experiences.

You will have to compile a list of all applications that are running and find out if there are equivalents in HP-UX.

You will have to consult the documenation for these applications to find and plan a data migration process.

I would suggest drawing up a detailed project plan, based on the suggestions you receive in this thread.
