Squid 2.5-STABLE2 and OpenSSL-0.9.7d

I am trying to recreate installing the squid-2.5-STABLE2-sd-11.00.depot software from the HP porting archive (http://hpux.cs.utah.edu) and I am unable to locate the fileset openssl.openssl-SHLIBS. This is not in the openssl-0.9.7d depot from the archive. This was part of the openssl-0.9.7b-sd-11.00.depot

Does anyone have the openssl-0.9.7b-sd-11.00.depot or have instructions on installing the squid depot without the SHLIBS fileset?
