SS7 LAN problems between TSU and FE/BE
I have HP OpenCall SS7 SW/HW.
When I run ifconfig lanX on the FE/BE to check the settings of my dedicated LANs, I am getting a lot of carrier sense errors. The LAN interfaces of the FE/BE are configured to use 100baseTx-FD settings.
How can I view the speed and duplex settings of TSU LANs?
How do I set my TSU LANs to eq 100mb-full mode?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sergejs

Re: SS7 LAN problems between TSU and FE/BE
Hi, Sergejs,
I have a very similar problem. We've got
a preinstalled duplex SS7 platform (2xrp3440 + 2xTSU, 1TSC each). Everything works except secondary links - those ones to additional (L1) cards in TSUs. The respective LAN ports on hosts are in 10Mbit half-duplex states and the TSUs are not reachable through these.
Manual setting to 100FD on hosts does not help.
I've double-checked everything and still no result.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance & best Regards,
-Petr
