sshd not started
but when I run sshd ,no error message ,but
the daemon sshd no started
what else I need to do

Then check the pathway in the sshd_config file:
HostKey /usr/local/etc/ssh_host_key
HostKey /usr/local/etc/ssh_host_rsa_key
HostKey /usr/local/etc/ssh_host_dsa_key

Just to be sure.
as root
/sbin/init.d/secsh start
error messages should be displayed.
you may need to edit the secsh script to output sterr to a file so you get diagnostics.
My best guess, its not properly installed.

It should give error message if can't start it.

You should also configure syslog so that it traps all the ssh error messages.
