Re: ST336607LC in HP9000 L2000

Hi,

On my L-servers disks ST336704LC work without any problem. I hope, ST336607LC should work as well.
I tried to find a difference between the disks, but without significant success.
You can compare
http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/specs/scsi/st336607lc.html
and

Re: ST336607LC in HP9000 L2000

Hi,

The part number of the disk which you are mentioning is
" A6571-69001 "
you will get it by this...link
http://www.com-com.co.uk/parts_2662.ihtml
And
The below link shows that this part number is replaced by
" A6571-69002 "
And
http://intelligent-peripheral.com/products_hp_server.htm#HP9000%20L%20Class%20Drives

This link tells me that " A6571-69002 " this disk cannot be used on L-class.

But if you have the resource with you
you can always give it a try.
see if the disk get detected and try it out..
