I only see Linux, Solaris, and NT as the available downloads from the StarOffice site.

Re: Staroffice for HP

Pablo,

It does not look like there is. I searched from http://www.hp.com and it found only one link which was a reference to Linux:

Re: Staroffice for HP

Pablo,

StarOffice (a SUN Product) is available from Sun at www.sun.com

Version 5.2 supports Linux, Windows, and Solaris.

Version 5.1 supports Linux, Windows, OS/2 and Solaris.

Hope that helps.

Re: Staroffice for HP

There is'nt a version for HPUX yet...
But wait for it..
I just read that SUN are going to make the source available to star office which means you should be able to compile it on HPUX like all other GNU toools very soon.

For more information have a look at

Re: Staroffice for HP

Not sure if this will help you:

We have a mixed environment here and have star office installed on solaris server. We can then display it on any local machine (be that HP, SGI or PC's) using

setenv DISPLAY [hostname]:0.0

I know this is only a workaround and only applicable if you have a solaris or linux machine you can initially install it on but it works for us.

Re: Staroffice for HP

Pablo,

I don't know if there is a Staroffice for HP-UX. There is, however, an Corel WordPerfect version for HP-UX 10.20. I don't know if this will work on 11.00 but it would not surprise me.
