We have rx2600 Dual CPU Itanium Machine with HP-UX 11i Version 2.
When we start xstm , we can`t get info for both CPU`s, USB and Gigabit Lan.
They are gray instead of green.
There are no other problems with a system.
The version of STM is:B.40.00
Any similar expirience?
Regards,
Goran

Re: STM_CPU, USB, NIC Related
This is normal. The CPU info is given by the System info tool. On 11.23, there are currently no info tools for Gigabit lan, USB or a couple of the other PCI connected components. This is expected to change in a future release.

Only the same comments as in http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=684634
It's normal for there to be a zombie process, due to the way ia64_corehw works. To minimise the time it is present, and to prevent more than one, make sure you have the December or June release of OnlineDiags, and install the latest patch for that release.
PHSS_31113 is the patch for A.43.00 (HWE0312), and PHSS_31114 for A.45.00 (HWE0406) of OnlineDiags. These have the fix for 8606344112.

Re: STM_CPU, USB, NIC Related
My version of STM is not A.XX.XX.
It si B.XX.XX.
The patches that you suggest are for HP-UX ver:11.11 but not for ver.11.23 that I`m using.
Anyway, Thanks a lot.
