Storage Driver Installation

Hi All ,

Iam Trying to install the SDD Multipath driver
-SDD 1.6.0.12 for HP-UX 11.0/11i 64bit
( used for IBM storage ) for an HPUX 11i box . it terminates with the folling error

ERROR: Could not access remote file "/etc/sample_sddsrv.conf" in software item
"IBMsdd_tag.IBMsdd_commands,r=1.6.0.12,a=HP-UX_B.11.00_64,v=IBM:
due to an internal error on the remote system. ERROR: Failed installing fileset "IBMsdd_tag.IBMsdd_commands,r=1.6.0.12". Check the above
output for details. NOTE: The Install Phase has suspended. Check the above output for
reasons.

I have the prequisite patches PHSS_28509
PHKL_28984 installed
&
I have copied the sample_sddsrv.conf from another server too

help me out in sorting out this issue

Hi,
have you tried copying your depot onto your traget server and try the install again?
