lastb shows an entry "root ssh:notty " for every sucessfull ssh command. This even occurs for commands as simple as "ssh client date". Sure would like to clean up these invalid logins.

Hi Rider,
I would suggest you to try with latest Secure shell which has some patches for btmp fix.

Thanks - upgrading from A.04.00.000 to A.04.20.004/005 solved the issue.
