Hi Karthik,

What is your expectation?
As per Indian IT survey, I heard System Admins
Salary based on Levels (suppose 1 to 3).
Level 1 - 10K to 15K
Level 2 - 20K to 30K
Level 3 - 30K to 80K

Evaluate him self and demand.
Don't publish this open info.

Yeah Rajesh ... You are almost closer to my figures on India salary :-)

Well I expect atleast $150K + .. but no employer is interested :-))
