swinstall error

Dear all,

My server L2000 with x.25 card installed need to be connected to IBM LTO Drive. When I install IBM LTO Driver(atdd), I got error messages from swinstall :

duplicate symbol "get_bit" in files /usr/conf/lib/libotsam.a[sx25_lam.o] and /usr/conf/lib/libatdd.a[atdd_util.o].

Pls help me to solve this problem.

Hi!

Obviously the atdd driver has a symbol conflict with OTS. I just checked then even the latest revision of sx25_lan.o exports it. You should contact IBM to see if they are aware of this problem. Maybe there is a newer atdd driver available?
