swinstall over firewall

The Network group is placing a firewall between the site I work in and the data center my servers are located in. I usually install patches to the servers in the data center from a server that is local to me. Which ports do I need to open to have this function properly?

Are you saying that swinstall over a firewall is not possible and that my only options are to use ftp and telnet?

Hi Thomas:

Depending on your network configuration (firewall, NAT, etc), you may find that the most viable option is to download patches to your browser's PC (http, port 80), and from there, once inside your firewall, to ftp them to your Unix server for installaton.
