syslog.conf

How to let the message in host A syslog.log all are forward to host B syslog.log ? Thanks.

Re: syslog.conf

on system A put the following in to the /etc/syslog.conf file

*.info @systemB


that will log all messages that are informational.

Essentially you set it up the same as logging to a file, but you just use @HOST instead of a file name.
