Syslog error...OCR init failed ??

I am getting the following errors in my syslog and I don't know what they mean or are referring to.

syslog: OCR initialization failed accessing OCR device: PROC-26: Error while accessing the physical storage Operating System error [No such file or directory] [2]
Feb 14 06:24:51 skreggis above message repeats 231 times

That appears to be an error from Oracle, I believe you are using Oracle RAC.
Is this in a Serviceguard SGeRAC cluster? or is this pure Oracle 10g RAC?
What has changed or happened on the server recently?

I would suggest you contact Oracle regarding thise
