Upgrade the GSP firmware

Also check the patch dependencies before the firmware upgrade

Hello,everyone,thanks for your support.
my system is L-Class(L2000), and GSP firmware revison is A.01.09 Mar 20 2000.
and I reset GSP service. and the I2C access test now passed.
