System be dump

My system run OPS Oracle database and MC/ServiceGuard. I have file system /DB/arch mount in /dev/vg01/lvarch in DiskArray, after approximately 3 minutes interval Oracle create an archieve file in this file system.
Yesterday my system be dump, when I saw in console when system dumping into /var/adm/crash it informate "/dev/vg01/lvarch file system full and unexpected HPMC/TOC".
when system startup again I check the file system by bdf command and it show 53% in used. I dont know what is the reason make the system be dump. Anyone please explain to my why and my be other reason.
Thanks so much.

Re: System be dump

Take files from /var/adm/tombstones called tsNN (NN is a number, latest is 99), zip them and attach to your next reply

Re: System be dump

Hi,
please also attach a swlist -l bundle, because a file system full should really not cause an HPMC/TOC.

Maybe you are missing some critical patch.

Re: System be dump

High Priority Machine Check is guaranteed to reboot the machine. This may be caused by a hardware problem in the machine.
To review everything you need the /var/tombstones/ts99
and check the /var/adm/shutdown.log as well.
