Re: System crashed (rp3410)

try using alternet device for booting, recycle the power and see the result. if u are not able to m/c at all contact HP Support, some i/o hardware may be disk or i/o card issue is there.

Re: System crashed (rp3410)

SCSI Ultra320 0/3/1/0 is connected to MSA30.
It seems the problem related to instance 4 of this controller. However instance 4 should be a HDD in MSA.

Re: System crashed (rp3410)

Panic message clearly says i/o timeout. What do you have at address 0/3/1/0.7? What is this device? Try disconnecting it and try booting.

Also check cables, connections for that device.

Re: System crashed (rp3410)

0/3/1/0 is connected to MSA30-MI, port A2.
there are 7 HDDs in MSA30, from bay0 to bay6.

Re: System crashed (rp3410)

Hello:

The system can boot of internal disk because this is readed: (11104256 + 1835008 + 1469032 start 0x1fdd68 ) but crash until start BCH menu.

I think that the problem is in the controler of external disk or the conecction with the server
