System Hang Problem

Hi,

Need help in investigating the system hang problem. attached is the /var/tombstones/ts99 file.

What we did was to go to GSP and command RS to reboot the machine

Hi scsi error.

your CPU 7 is bad. please log case to HP for hardware Service Call.

Could you specify which in the log determines the CPU 7 is bad?

I need to know how to identify it. Thanks
