System Recovery

Dear All

Recently I recovered my system v11.23 with make_tape_reocvery. at the time of recovery I did not found any error but the recovery proccess deleted all the VG's except VG00. I created all the VG's again and the system seems to be ok. I'm trying to install Oracle business suite and i'm getting error in installation. So I tried the installation on some other system and it was done successfully. I compared the patches and bundles of both systems and applied which were missing. but still the same error i'm facing on the first system. can anyone tell me whether because of crash there might be some problem in OS.

What is the error that you are getting when you install Oracle?
