t monitor is shutting down

I installed the PHNE_27886 patch.
When the machine rebooted I can see
all of the processes start. However I still can't connect to it via the network. The console can't be broken (I can't stop the error message which says t monitor is shutting down psmerr 1001).
I need help for someone anyone.
so it didn't work??
