tcpip keepalive interval

My tcp_keepalive_interval is set at 7200000. I believe this is the default. I have found the following explaining this number but I am still having problems comprehending how long the default interval is
tcp_keepalive_interval : 10000/10*24*3600000 , 7200000 (10 sec/10days ,
2 hours)

That shows min/max and default...

minimum is 10 sec. Max : 10 days and default is 2 hours.
