telnet client freeze

I noticed this amusing problem: when I do a telnet session from hp-ux 11.00 to hp-ux 11.11 the client freeze when gets high output (like ll of 40+ files).

I've tested this problem doing telnet to several 11.11 remote servers. Also, I did the telnet from several 11.00 servers. I always get the same result.

But, If I do a telnet from 11.00 to 11.23 it works fine! And from 11.00 to 11.00 also! Also, do a telnet connection from windows to 11.11 works fine! So, I only get this issue when i do a telnet agains 11.11 with the 11.00 client.

The sympton are: client don't shown freezes output after full the first 25 lines of window. Session is not closed and is still running in the server. But the output is not showed. You can't cancel with ^C. Kill the session also don't help. Your only option is close the window clicking at X.

The pblm is for all users who telnets from 11.00 to 11.11 ? Is it works fine with other logins like rlogin ?
