telnetd[nnnnn]: getpid: peer died: Error 0
i am experiencing problems with telnet sessions running on radio frequency terminals connecting to HPUX 11.00. Every now and then a telnet session is terminated even though radio coverage is good. Are ther any parameters i should be looking to change? syslog is attached for info.

to me that sounds like paket loss or corruption. I'd recommend You to do some transfer tests over the same line, i.e. a ftp transfer.
