Like others, I cannot seem to access the doc(s). I have support on numerous systems, but they are linked to my Americas ITRC login. It doesn't look like I will be able to access the doc(s) via my European login since no system handles are linked there. I tried linking one of my handles to the European login, but it didn't seem to work.

Is there any chance of having a copy placed in the Americas Knowledge Tree as well?
