The other make_sys_image process still has not stopped.

What is causing make_sys_image to fail? Have verified that no other make_sys_image is running. Have removed the /var/tmp/ign_configure/make_sys_image_flag file. ignite process still failing. Any ideas?

Login to the client in question.
#ps -ef |grep make
Kill any make_sys_image processes you find.
Kill -9 if you need to. (sometimes you need to)
Remove files from /var/tmp/ign_configure.
Try it again.

was running version 4.3, talked with itrc and they said that particular problem was fixed in 4.3, but upgraded to 5.3 and problem is gone.
