timeo value

Hi,

on HPUX-11.00 nfsstat doesn't show the value of timeo, even if I explicitely specify it when nfs-mounting. Is there another way to make sure the value of time is what I expect it to be?

You should be able to see the timeo value in /etc/mnttab.


the timeo default value is 7

the maximum value is 30 = 3 seconds
