to add the additional 20GB to the LUNs

I need to allocate additional 20GB to the luns. I ran arraydsp -a AR2 for our reference:

QUESTION:
To allocate another 20Gig,
Do I need to do this in single user???
Do I need to reboot???
Any thing I should take note of??

You shoud be able to add 20 G to add a new LUN without going in sngle user mode. You can do it on fly.
I think it is a limitation: you can not have more than 8 LUNs.

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do, but here are a few points to remember:

1) You cannot change the size of a LUN
- It must be unbound and rebound
2) You can create a new LUN, assuming you
have room to, and add that LUN to a VG
3) While you can add a new LUN to a VG,
you can't extend an lvol and filesystem
while it's online/mounted unless you have
Online JFS.
