Trusted Mode Auditing Errors

The system is running HP UX 11.23

It is in trusted mode.

Getting the following error

Primary audit file "/.secure/etc/auditlog_a1"
Not using a valid next log file
reinitialized auditng subsystem

Unfortuately I do not have direct access to the system but must rely info to a third party. What should I look for to correct this issue.
