Hi All,

To be more specific, my query is, is it possible to automate the trusted systems to send failures reported in the log file or the log file (once it is full) to the specified email addresses.

Possible ? Yes. Easy? No. There is nothing built-in to do this --- and you would never want to send security alerts to the users. This would give an intruder valuable data. You might want to send data to admins and this would involve writing some scripts to parse the logfiles and then sending data to mail.
