Are you refering to trusted system ?
#cd /usr/lbin
#./tsconvert -r
this will unconvert to untrusted mode.

It gave me the following msg..
# ./tsconvert -r
System is not Trusted System.
Deleting at and crontab audit ID files...
Can't open directory: /var/spool/cron/.ataids

Looks like your system is not in trusted mode - so you cannot disable it, because it is disabled already.
