uil

I need to compile a uil file and make a uid. My Sun Box has a uil compiler as part of Motif 1.2, My HP-UX 11.0 boxes don't have uil. Is it available? If so, how do I get it?

I believe uil is part of X11MotifDevKit which is bundles as part of the ANSI C compiler and need to be purchased separately.
